Lisa is a highly motivated, dedicated GP with experience caring for patients from a range of backgrounds. She is committed to pursuing a role in which I can help people maintaining their health and quality of life.

What inspired you to become a General Practitioner?

I love practicing medicine. I love dedicating my life to a career in which I can help people maintaining their health and quality of life.

Do you have any areas of special interest?

I have more than 20 years experience working as a doctor. I have extensive training on General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Geriatrics, Respiratory, Endocrinology and Emergency Medicine.

My areas of special interest are Women’s Health, Contraception including IUD’s and Implanon insertion and removal, Weight Loss Management, Mental Health, Chronic Disease Management and Paediatrics.

Where did you study and train?

I obtained my degree of Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Melbourne in the year 2000 and obtained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2005.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

I love gardening, listening to music and spending time outdoors. I also love travelling when I can.

Do you speak any languages other than English?

Yes, I can speak Vietnamese.
