MAY 2022
Our newsletter includes clinic news, updates from our team, useful resources, and relevant articles.
We are committed to supporting our community through quality healthcare for the whole family.

We’re thrilled to be back in your inboxes, sharing our first newsletter for 2022. A lot has been happening since our last newsletter: we’ve lived through a global pandemic, we’ve welcomed new teammates and family members, and we’ve moved into our new clinic!

It’s heartening to feel the optimism and sense of busyness restoring among the community as we all slowly re-fill our calendars with events, social occasions, and even travel (😱). As we excitedly embrace life again, one of the most important things to remember is to prioritise our physical and mental wellbeing. It’s easy to get carried away, but it’s crucial that we make space - whether literal or metaphorical - in our lives to feel good and stay well. We plan to share pieces through our newsletters that help inspire you to find simple, actionable ways to prioritise your wellbeing.

P.S. If you haven't already, come visit our new space at 8 Wominjeka Walk, West Melbourne. Our beautiful new clinic has lots of room for our practitioners and patients and free underground parking; we’d love to see you.

Health awareness months

This year, we will be bringing awareness to a number of important health topics through themed awareness months. With each theme, there will be a range of initiatives and offers throughout the clinic to help educate, motivate, and increase awareness.

We’re kicking it off with Heart Health for the month of May. Check out our website or socials to find out more..

May is all about heart health

Did you know that heart disease is the leading cause of death in Australia. But happily, many heart attacks and strokes can be prevented through healthy behaviours.
We will be focussing on heart health for the entire month of May with specific health checks available to our patients to increase awareness and support heart health.

As always, all opinions and views reflected in these newsletters are of the specific writer only, and do not necessarily reflect the opinions held by the other members or the collective team at PHP.

With a broad range of services including general practice, osteopathy, myotherapy, and exercise physiology, the team at Premier Health Partners are here to help you feel your best.
