Patient Reminders
As part of our commitment to providing our patients with the best quality health care, we offer a reminder service. This practice offers reminders for immunisations and pap smears. If requested by the doctor, there may be other reminders sent to you. Please advise your doctor and reception staff if you do not wish to participate in this reminder program.
Payment
Payment is required at time of consultation. We offer EFTPOS and credit card facilities. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or Diners cards. HICAPS is available for allied health services, with on the spot rebates. Medicare rebates are also available for GP services, through on line claiming.
Appointments
Consultations are by appointment only. Should you require an urgent appointment, we will endeavour to see you asap on the day. We would appreciate 24 hours notice if you are not able to keep your appointment. This allows other patients on our waiting lists to be seen. Please be prompt to your appointments so that you are able to have the maximum time with your practitioner. We understand your time is important to you, and where possible we like to be on time. However, there are times where this is not possible and we appreciate your understanding. Should there be a lengthy delay we will endeavour to contact you prior to your visit. GENERAL PRACTITIONER HOME VISITS
Hello Home Doctor Service can be used when this office is closed. This service will dispatch a doctor to your home. This is an after- hours service only, and should not be used instead of your regular doctor. The number is 134 100. If you require a home visit during office hours, please call the clinic on 9329 7077. There is a charge for this service. In case of an emergency, please call 000 for an ambulance.
REPEAT/SCRIPT OR REFERRALS
A repeat script or referral can be organised via the Automed Connect App. There is a charge of $25 each for this service
PRACTICE NURSE
Belinda Bradfield is our Practice Nurse. She is available to do Home Health Assessments for patients over 75 years of age. She also is available to complete your chronic health care plants, and a cycle of care for patients who suffer Asthma and Diabetes.
