The file will be accessed by your medical professional and, when necessary, another professional in the absence of your usual medical practitioner.
Our administrative staff may have to handle your file from time to time for administrative requirements. All staff our bound by strict confidentiality requirements and it is condition of their employment that they are bound by these.
